Bead is seated and the wheel is in true give or take a good dent that is nowhere near the wobble. Guess this is just Shinko quality?

First I'd coat the tube and tire with Baby powered to decrease the friction between the two... next I'd inflate to 90 psi to allow any final alignment...

Baby powder was generously applied and I pressurized, deflated, lubed and pressurized again a few times to get it to seat. I didn't wanna go above 60psi as that was the max cold pressure for the tire. I've also put about 700 miles on it, some of those at low pressure on dirt, so I think this is as seated as it's gonna get. No issues with the previous pirelli desert rally tires and those were smooth and wobble free up untill the lugs wore down to the casing... 🤷‍♂️

I've also had a wobble issue with Kenda track masters, so could just be a cheap tire issue.

Ya sometimes tires do that because they are poorly constructed. If it’s really bad, I’ll return or warranty them. This one is hard to see in the vid, so I’d guess it’s not really bad. The worst ones cause vibration.

Yeah the video does a bad job of capturing it, there's enough to make noticeable wobble around 40 - 50 but not enough to be noticeable in the dirt or at higher speeds, aside from increased shake in the mirror
