Toe Sliders--HELP!!!

OK guys, I need some help, since I'm spending more in UPS fees returning the damn things then they cost!!!! I've got a set of Alpinestars SMX PLUS boots and can NOT find the toe sliders ANYWHERE!!! After ordering, from 3 different places, and getting the same WRONG ones . . . . the toe sliders are 5" long and very curved at the toe. Yes, I've called all the 'usual suspects' in the 'sportbike world' and like I said . . . . wrong ones every time!

ANYONE?
 
I remember getting some at CG the last time I needed them... but that was some time back.

Call Torrance - you'll pay retail, but you should definitely get the right ones.
 
I've called THREE CG stores and they all said the same thing: don't have 'em but can special order them! Heard that before.

Come On ALPINESTARS! How the hell can you make a F'ing boot and I can't find the toe sliders ANYWHERE!

And yes, I've check the 'net NUMEROUS times!

I bought some extra Alpinestars toe sliders when I first started going to the track. I don't grind toe so much anymore, so I don't need them. If mine fit you, I'll sell 'em to you. They're still in the original package.

I won't be back in town until the 6th. If you're not in a hurry, you can check 'em out then. I'm near the D-store in San Fran.
 
SJ . . . no, those are the ones EVERYONE keeps shipping me and telling me 'they're the right ones!' The sliders everyone has are 4" long, w/the 'clips' that snap into the boot being about 2.75" apart. The ones off my boots are 5" long, w/the clips being about 3.75" apart and the sliders are very curved.

I was in CG in Sacramento on Wednesday, and while they had the AS SMX plus boot, they did NOT have the sliders and said they would have to order them. Since I live 275 miles north of Sac . . . . I felt like asking them to take a pair off a set of boots on the shelf and . . . . . . .
 
AFAIK those are the only ones available for SMX Plus boot. I have the SMX5 boots and they use the same ones as the SMX Plus boots.
