Dang, what was your friend suggesting you to do, hide inside the shop like the rest of the pussies...

Shit, instead of picking up the camera, I probably would have picked up a tool and knocked the fuck out of him then dragged his ass inside the shop and Barf'ed him.

Hey when I was leaving I dropped a crack pipe, could you check for it? I saw your trailer with the lock loose and I was relocking it so no one would steal anything when you came out. I was too embarassed to accept your gracious thanks so I left in a hurry :teeth

Big Props. Good job saving everybody in town a lot of heartbreak and providing an open-shut case for the PD. I'd have loved to see him panic and run.

holy awesome, batman. :applause.

once council approves picture posting, please do return and show us a glimpse of this fuckwad (even if you have to hide his face). the "fleeing civic" shot just made my day...

This whole thing happened at 6:15pm tonight. In broad daylight even!!!!!!! He was just about to cut the lock with some big bolt cutters. There are marks on the lock. I was pretty aggressive when I screamed at him. I definitely scared the shit out of him. One of my friends told me I could have been shot had he been carrying a gun. The funny thing was I felt absolutely zero fear about confronting him. Adrenaline is funny stuff.

:applause :applause
Good job, Alan. Please repost (I can't believe I'm asking for that!) the pics as soon as you can. I wanna see the look on his face as he realizes he's BUSTED!!! I bet you were pretty fookin' scary...

"He pointed the car towards me so I had to back off."

That is the moment in time where the law says you could have discharged your shotgun into his little bastard face.

"assault with a deadly weapon" is what that was.

Since this was your home/business, you were within your right ALSO to have ON YOUR PERSON - a loaded and concealed weapon.

Yes, even in California.

You wish. Get your laws straight. In Alan's place of business he can hold and use a gun if threatened. In the PARKING LOT it depends on whether the lease holds the places for his use, whether the driver was in common space or Alan's space and whether Alan could have taken action to remove himself from danger.

You ain't in Texas. Dont' give people the impression CA has sensible laws. You can shoot someone in your HOME and go to jail.

Good point about the public parking lot.

Although every cop show you see - the cops SHOOT at the bad guys even when the cops could easily just get out of the way instead...

They even get in FRONT of cars intentionally and shoot people if they try to proceed. I guess the law only works for them?
