enjoyed this, I'd never heard of the TET:

"an old motor bike and ride to the Arctic Circle on 'The Warhorse,’
a 1992 Honda XRV750 Africa Twin."

"The Trans Euro Trail® is a cultural dirt road adventure from deep within the Arctic Circle to the doorstep of Africa...
...and back."

Mr Adam Riemann and a 1992 Honda, with over 277,000 views since 10/06/22, and 641k subscribers ... I've been to the Arctic Circle on my KLR, but would love to do it in Norway, Sweden and Finland. :ride

guess I should shut up and do some BDRs and TAT stuff in my back yard, first ... :laughing:facepalm:blah

Very cool and well done.

Thanks for sharing John. :thumbup

Awesome, thanks for the share! Definitely a few days of type II fun in there. But then again, he jumps in icy lakes to start his mornings...

I didn't intend to sit down and watch the whole thing, but that's what I did.

Anybody know how he got the drone shots of him riding, if he's truly alone out there?

Yep the TET is like the European version of our TAT

Great vid! Thanks for posting! Gotta love old Hondas firing up after a long nap!

Regarding the drone video, I believe some have the capability to follow a target.

Cool stuff John!

That's adventure riding!

Yep indeed.
One of the best (so far) is the Skydio 2+.

The DJI Mini 3 Pro is getting better but the Skydio 2+ still reigns as the best recreational "follow me" drone.

There's a drone that you can program to follow you.

Thanks. The YouTube sub-window doesn't work for me, but the link below it does.

After watching it, I'm impressed. That could definitely do all of the shots from the original video. And it's probably a pretty good deal at a thousand bucks. Hopefully they work out the battery life issue and find a way to toughen it up a bit more. Even without the updates, very impressive.

He was riding slow in all the drone shots.
