Two dirt riders and their passengers in fatal collision

they were night riding in teh orchards, probably never knew they were headed towards each other.

all 4 heads colliding had to have been a gruesome scene.

I hope we find out Moore about this story.

Its a damn good thing there weren't Moore people out there.

Seriously...I think you need to be a little Moore compassionate.
Some people died, we definitely don't want any Moore to die.
We try to comprehend what happened and I hope to learn from it.
I think everyone could use a little Moore common sense.

:teeth

:rose for the families and friends

Additional information:
Authorities say four people who died in a dirt bike collision over the weekend weren't wearing helmets and were riding in the dark without headlights.

The California Highway Patrol says the two couples were killed when the bikes collided between 1:30 and 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning.

Relatives confirmed that 33-year-old Thomas "Ed" Moore of Modesto and his wife, 30-year-old Kelly Moore, were on one of the bikes.

Twenty-nine-year-old Cynthia Prickette of Ceres was on the other dirt bike with her boyfriend, 33-year-old Michael Stokes of Ceres.

Because they were driving on private land, helmets and lights weren't required.
No mention of alcohol either way.

Please dear God let their last moments have been full of mirth and laughter. Please let's hope they were having the most fun of their lives that night.
Life seems to be getting more and more difficult these days we work so hard and the rewards are declining as a result (speaking for myself anyway) we seem to be playing much more ferociously. Think cycle polo...
Sad for the parents. What a terrible terrible loss to bury so many members of the same family in such a preventable accident.

Long may they run..

The people killed in the accident were not related to the same Moore CHP officer.

Two of the people killed were brother and sister. It was the brother and his wife. The sister and her boyfriend. No lights, and no helmets.
Who know what the heck they were doing. 130 in the morning, while it was raining.

The saddest part about this story is that , there are now 6 kids who have either lost both parents or at least 1. The married couple had 4 kids, and the sister had 2.

Very sad.

condolences to the lives lost, friends, and family...:rose

Sorry for the thread resurrection, but I've Googled and searched... Anyone know if there was there any followup to this story? Toxicology reports?

That's what I want to know as well. To make some shred of sense to this. I can't believe sober is involved. Drugs and wired up between 1:30 and 3:30 makes sense.
