Two people, one helmet: who should wear it?

someone out of the 2 is walking

no need to have the awkward conversation about wtf - only 1 helmet for 2 riders when the shit hits the fan :nchantr

i do remind you, this is the reason why we wear helmets :x

If you're riding a passenger without a helmet and they fall off and get brain damage, you're pretty screwed. Uber would seem to be the least potential hassle.

The rider.

If the passenger gets hit by a bug or a rock or whatever in the head, it's unfortunate and perhaps painful, but not as potentially impactful as the rider.

This reminded me of giving a buddy a ride at night (before the helmet law).
We were meeting friends and he needed a ride,I asked if he wanted the helmet and he said no. So we’re riding down Carmel valley and something popped up in front of me and I instinctively moved my head to avoid it. It was a bat and my buddy took it right in the face:rofl.
Told him he should have worn the helmet.

Poor guy did not even get the chance to see it. :laughing

thread title is too similar to ya know.......

not the 2 girls 1 ghost one....

:twofinger:rofl

We doin' stories??

How about a high school Snipe hunt, senior year '69.
Got a group together Friday nite, up in Green Valley Highlands, , ,
All the fun stuff with gunny sacks, flashlights, whistles, brush beater sticks, gotta heard them snipes.
I'm riding my 305, and a bunch of cars, trucks, car pooling.
So I hang back with the Harvey sisters, we are trying to stir up a missing persons panic as the cars load up. This fails, no one notices us missing and we are stuck, three on a bike.
I get the bucket, the two sisters without, and head back to town, to Foster's Freeze, for more fun drama
