Any parts included to enable a passenger seat? I have a couple different neighbors looking for bikes but at least one of them will be taking their SO.

And it's fully registered and street legal right now?
 
No passenger seat,
Clean title, registered and has headlight, tail light, rear view mirror.
I built it to be a track bike that you could ride on the street.

This. I was all "oh, sure, another "unique" SV..." and then I saw it. Bad ass.
