bsd43 - there's another thread in which that was discussed. Think of BARF like eBay and the paper. If there's something radically wrong with a listing I will look into it - beyond that it's caveat emptor.

The FAQ is a great idea and the ball is rolling on it already. ;)
 
IF you advertised a transferable warrantee, and IF it was factored into the price. you should pay the 350. to the guy.
 
I vote for with wait for Suzuki...

At this point dude is being an asshat and I wouldn't do him any favors. Two things will show a person's true personality - stress and money. He isn't nice and he isn't your friend.
