I can believe that big pharma would want to downplay a "patent free" drug (costing $0.02 a dose) to help in the fight against COVID. Especially if it cuts into their mega millions profits.

Here is a clinician talking about the benefits of Ivermectin and wondering why it is being castigated by the MSM, FDA and WHO.

It is often quoted as "just an animal dewormer", when in actually it has been used often in humans (multi millions) to safely treat various issues.

there have always been folks with theories about Big govt hiding stuff. the longest running one is UFOs. We can now add COVID to the list.
 
The case for ivermectin's effectiveness as a therapeutic treatment for COVID-19 is specious at best.
 
I don't understand wingnuts. You don't trust the medical community that the vaccines are safe, effective, thoroughly researched and tested. But you believe a few idiots, with little to no evidence, that livestock dewormer is, because fox news said it's good? What am I missing?

Nothing. They have no evidence that anything is being hidden; they have only the conjecture of others which is being repeated.

Evidence. Produce some evidence of suppressed positive trials here in the USA or accept that it's not being supported by medical experts because it is not medically efficacious to do so.

I know someone who went with injected bleach and anal lights that were suggested to treat covid by an wingnut, someone in charge, I believe? I'll check with him to see how he's doing.

A good friend from high school turned into a non-vaccer. You know because of microchips. He has been in the Carson City hospital for 12 days, his wife is on a vent in ICU for 11 days. Looks like he will recover his wife is still critical.

Just get the vaccine.

Checked on the wingnut. He's still a wingnut, but now seems to be recommending the vaccine for covid and hasn't mentioned horse-dewormer at all.

Who should we believe???

Merck is the manufacturer of ivermectin.

Merck has not updated this position.

Ivermectin is to treat parasites. COVID-19 is not a parasite.

Just get vaccinated.
 
seems the issue is people are over dosing ivermectin either by prescriptions or by buying it at the local feed store. The article notes there was a 2400% increase in prescriptions for ivermectin in the week ending Aug 13, it also has a link to a study from march.

Anybody notice that hydroxychloroquine is manufactured by Bristol-Myers Squibb and ivermectin is manufactured by Merck.

Neither has a piece of the Vaccine market.

Did they hire Carlson and others to get a place at the covid table for profit?
