little kid came up behind me, and tugged on the back of my shirt. asked me to make him a paper airplane. moment of panic. do i remember how? gave it shot. fumbled around for a bit (okay, 3 attempts), finished and handed it to him. it flew. so i’m thinking, technically it did qualify as a paper airplane. and i got a cute grin out of it.
 
I'm thinking the crappy little red van and my not so crappy little dog bring me so much happiness. This equates with a better level of getting along with my significant other. Funny how one's own emotional barameter can make it rain or allow the sun to shine.

One more thought, that 4X4 Sprinter low roof with a pop top is far more appealing than another RV.

What's budget? Pop top sprinters aren't in any of my sources...are they popular? I found some stuff....nice, nice sprinters. FWIW, the 144 is a bit more manageable at shopping areas, etc, but the 170"s drive really well for a largish van. The steering rack on the Sprinters makes them super easy to drive/ park. The extra width/ weight of the RV types would annoy me.
 
We’re looking for a 144 low roof. My RV policy will pay out an additional 20% of the ACV if we buy in the next 90 days. The cavity is that it is an RV manufacturer.
On Monday I’ll call to see if Sportsmobile qualifies.

There's some Winnebago Revere's. The others, I'm not sure if they're big name, but these are all standard 144 & 170 camp units.
 
I’m thinking riding in northern Pakistan in the Karkoram range was so awesome. I wonder how long this afterglow will last.
 
I'm thinking: am I a ball crushing witch if I put the kabosh on this idea? I simply lack the energy to deal with this latest obsession.
I am also thinking, steady, still and calm.
 
I lost my temper yesterday... bad! I went off like a bunker-buster. Hasn't happened in a while. It takes a lot out of me... im still exhausted. It was in no way directed at my wife, but she was there, and it upset her... for THAT i'm sorry. I'm irish, so the only thing i can do now is pretend like it didn't happen. : |
