thinking that the new guy left again at 11:30 and is still gone four hours later, didn't let anyone know where he was going or how long he'd be out...talk about a long lunch...

thinking he may not last long on salary, or any form of employment if this continues...which really sucks because it's the third person hired for the position and on paper and in person he's great...until he's not...

thinking that HOPEFULLY he is just not used to working in person at a small business...

I'm thinking, does it matter if they take a long lunch if they are getting their work done? Salary = flexibility no?

i don't care as long as i'm kept in the loop, but this is a busy part of the year and there's too much work to be fucking off for four hours in the middle of the day in the middle of the week, especially with less than ten days on the job...

It's a good time to start forgiving. Not for her; but for yourself. We're all (terribly) flawed, Martin...just in different ways.Foregivness is what we gift to people who've wronged us. For some reason I'll not know til I crossover; forgiving is designed as the fuel to move forward. Flaws. Some People forgiven mine too. It's relief for the soul.
