I'm thinking now that waking up was the worst decision I could have made today, I am so ready for a nap, but still have 3 hours of work and a 45 minute commute til I can even consider it. DAMNIT !!!

some of these customers are idiots. sometimes I think we should require proficiency tests/licensing for Internet use. other times... well if it weren't for the idiots (ours as well as theirs) then tech support wouldn't be a going concern....

The above is the machine that was given the proprietary name "ditto".

The ditto is also a typographical mark " which has been used for a few hundred years. It was originally a pair of dots, or dits, and over time became the two parallel marks " that can be easily confused with quotation marks.

I don't use the ditto symbol when I'm working with typescripts.
