...dumped. I understand it sucks mad balls to get dumped, but i'm a dude therefor the only thing i can relate to is the feeling of being bummed out or anger. That is to say i don't get all sobby and whatnot. Hell, maybe a hug and some dick and fart jokes for levity, but i don't have anything significant to say to help her feel better.

Is there anything?

I mean far as it goes I come over hang out with her, play roomate and keep her company.


with your bros. getting dumped is generally understood as shitty time, ya hang out , drink a little and keep their mind of off it. For the most part, dudes suffer in silence.

Thats the thing man! i'm like the closest thing a GF she has. All her homies are in frikken Marin. Shit i'm willing to bet they are over hearing her issues over the phone.

I come over occasionally after work, and we don't talk much and watch TV (which works out nice 'casue i dont have cable at my house).

i figure i'll just handle this like any other breakup situation.

I dunno. The only time I was dumped was when I didn't want to get married and settle down just yet, and I was in a sour mood for a while, 'cause she was a cool lady... other than that I'm always shaking crazy obsessed girls.

Hmm, I'm really going to be hurting some day when I fall in love and get thrown out in the street. It could happen soon, actually.

Anyway to Karbon... the only real thing to do would be to have a few drinks with her or do something she likes and cheer her up, if she is your friend.
