I watch Fox, read the Chronicle and HuffPo. I would say you can't really prove it either way at least with news content. Editorial opinion is different of course. Reportedly, 60% of reporters identified as Democrats, vs 15% Republicans in a study done several yrs ago. That doesn't mean their reporting is biased . I don't know, I'd say your political orientation influences how you see bias in the media and your opinion is just as good as mine.

Politics as usual. When a Republican problem hits the media, the Liberals foam at the mouth and go batshit and the Reps minimize. When a Democrat problem emerges, same thing. The biggest difference is the majority of broadcast media and especially print media give lopsided coverage.


I dated a reporter once. She was the biggest flaming liberal you could possibly imagine. Her co-workers were all liberals too..!
