When was the last time you rode a motorcycle?

I don't think I've ever done 65 on the freeway.....

I rode an Indian Scout 101 today at Indian's Demo Day hosted by Spirit Motorcycles in San Jose. 65+ on the freeway definitely feels more stable on the Scout than it does on the DR650S😄
I did too. I was the old dude wearing the Vampire cut.

Just got back to Thailand yesterday. Kind of a PITA getting the CRF started after 10 weeks in the US. Had to push it back up the ramp to the second floor parking for a second run at bump starting it (wasn't easy pushing it up). Bike runs great but it's always hard to start after 6 or 8 weeks. The Africa Twin with the Lithium battery started right up. Jetlagged, up at 4am...

I rode a friend's R1 home for them the other day. They've been on a R6 for a few years after some time on a DRZ. Fair enough new (to him) bike but he was skittish about the first time because the seller lived in an area that had a lot of traffic on and off the freeway. I offered when he wants, he can take my bike and I'll ride his R1 to a city that has fair less traffic just to get acclimated. He's a good rider but I understand getting on a bike with much more power. Ain't nothin wrong with going at your own pace. Honestly, the city we picked it up from, I'm exactly a fan of riding either.

Didn't see it as a red flag. It wouldn't the first time a friend has bought a bike and asked me to ride it home for them.

I got roped into a transport from a dealer, too.
My buddies decide they need a Moto so they could ride with me, TT 500, plated.
One had a Puch moped, the other bought a new Honda moped. I had to ride the Honda.
Over the Travis Blvd/ I 80 overpass, that thing was so twitchy, I was SCARED.
Our one big Moto adventure was a ride out to Thompsons Corner for beers.
And all the stops it took to get home. One and done.

Was out at Fremont Honda/Kawasaki where they are currently hosting the Suzuki demo truck. I got a ride in on a SV650 and a GSX-8S. It was my first time on street/naked bikes and I had a good time:cool

I rode to Santa Cruz this morning. Still a bit cold and breezy, but dang all the deer are shifting around and regrouping. Seeing multiple road kills - had to dial back the speed and got pooped on by a well-fed turkey vulture.
