just wanted to see who plans on racing the 450 class next year.

the poll is find out what bikes will be on the grid.

Might be a ZXR400 or three, just not me..... It wasn't listed in the poll so I wrote it here:teeth

sorry I forgot the "R" but I was thinking of you when I listed the bike :)

Who else has one? :)
There are 2 here but don't think they will be on grid next year, unless somebody wants to buy it.

Serne has Wheeler's old bike, mine will probably be on track with someone else racing it next year.

Do they run.
How much to test the stronger of the two at BW before start

I might be interested as well. Pics? specs? Condition? Price? Mods?

If I get back into racing, I was thinking of racing a 250 or a 450.

PM me if you want.

For anyone looking at the ZXR400 it isn't hard to get parts, you just can't get them at the local Kawi shop. I get my parts from the UK and a contact in Japan. Everything is still available, just takes a bit longer, though some kawi stuff crosses over you just have too look. I believe the bike Zman has is pretty similar to mine. SP model, with ZX6r front end. ZX6r rear wheel, running a 180/55 pirelli. Lots of room for the width, the swing arm is wider than a ZX6. The 180/55 Pirelli is only slightly larger than the 160/60.

I weighed mine at the last Sears race, It was 335 with about half a tank of fuel.

I'll be riding the world record breaking R4.5 - the most AFM 4th place finishes of any triple.

Honorable mention: rectifiers consumed, passes under yellow, and apexes missed...

The R4.5 should grow to 4 (or more) with Dave, Charles and Greg campaigning +08s.
