And all the other riders wonder why LEO's hammer motorcycles......

ya, I agree, and also because my bike is too damn expensive.
but under the conditions
-no cars
-good match
-long stretches
-very familiar with roadway
I decided to just go for it. When got to Alhambra and saw other cars we both slowed down. I'm a track experienced adrenaline junkie, not stupid.

Anyway Gixxer, I.M. me, let's hit up a trackday or somethin

Bike too expensive? Crash on the track usually means minor damage. Crash on the road usually means major damage. Plus higher insurance premiums, and maybe other fines (+ legal bills), such as speeding, reckless, failure to control speed and bla bla bla...

Seems to me that riding on the track vs trying to got "fast" on the road is no brainer....

I'm a track experienced adrenaline junkie, not stupid.

The best quote ever :laughing

Sorry to say, but I am inclined to disagree with both of your statements...

Deeter says:
"Sprockets? You're asking me, about sprockets? Hmmm. Let's see. Okay, I'll try and keep this simple and easy to understand. A sprocket is just two letters short of a "rocket." Think "s" and think "p." Now, put them together: "sp." What's the first thing that comes to mind? "SPACE!" And next is "SPACESHIP! Are you starting to see the pattern? Finally, what is a rocket best known for? That's right! It's SPEED! YOU SEE! IT'S SIMPLE AS APPLE PIE! SPEED+SPACESHIP+SPROCKET=ROCKET TO THE MOON! YES!
