What's the "right time?"

If 50% of our ten thousand missiles failed to work ( at that time), only five thousand multiple head missiles would be launched, targeting only 50,000 individual targets. We would have lost for sure.

Wouldn't it be funny if the Chinese, angered by elements in the release, decided not to persuade North Korea to engage in active hostilities with the US Carrier force in the Yellow Sea today?

Remember, that's today...right now.

Consider a hypothetical scenario where a NK artillery round went astray, SK fires back, American planes fly to the disputed border (I forget what the line's called in the sea), an anti ship missile is fired, all hell breaks loose…and China is enraged at the US and decides not to exert as much influence as well as the might. Stranger things in history have happened.

I don't know when the right time is, but this week is really bad timing. Thanks for all the sunshine!

One things for certain, Hillary Clinton is earning her salary this week.

That was a case of perception being part of the defense, and you're old enough to remember what it was like during the cold war.

Yes, they should have been held accountable, but behind closed doors. Unfortunately, there were so many politicians in the pockets of the defense contractors that their rank failure in things like this did nothing close the wide open spigot pouring money into their coffers.
 
Any possibility that this leak was orchestrated to make the Obama Administration look bad, regardless of the fact that virtually everything being leaked wasn't on his watch?
 
^^doubtfull. the wikileaks founder doesnt really have any issue with obama(publicly anyway). it certainly could bve, but the leak has damaging info on many many countries and leaders.

I don't mind some of the longer quotes, especially since many news sites are now archiving their stories after a day and requiring logins to view it after a day.

I'm putting a vote in for continuing to quote...as long as it isn't some long-assed piece of propaganda.
