I watched the start of the England/Argentina game, I had to keep reminding myself that I was watching soccer, not rugby! :laughing

Both sides were equally rough with each other, the refs are letting them play.

Tuchel should be fired for parkign the bus against Argentina for 30 minutes.

Argentina vs Spain, eh....I think we've seen this somewhere before...hmm...

England basically stopped playing after scoring their goal. Kane couldn't decide which position he's playing.

That's on Tuchel. They made no attempt at attacking and subbed in defenders and tried to keep Messi/Martinez/DePaul/Fernandez from scoring for almost an entire half.

Just idiotic tactics.
 
OMG that was disappointing. We had the lead and threw it away by focusing entirely on "not losing".

It was a fun game to watch because the ref let them play. England screwed up by packing it in. I’d rather lose attacking than playing defense to win.

I only saw Argentina's first goal while sitting having lunch in a taqueria.

It seemed like the entire English team was huddled in front of the goal, nobody defending the players at the top of the box for the wide open shot

I’d almost say that englands loss was more embarrassing than the USMNT loss to Belgium. At least the US was just outplayed.

I love how in the post game interview from the previous match the coach went off angry ranting torching the team's play during the WIN in the interview, he was such a douche, I hope the team torches him just the same.
