I said too common, meaning I think the world should have less. is it a reasonable goal for society to have 0 racist old women? I think so.

ive heard a handful of times and ive lived in CA my entire life. ive now spent a few weekends in the South and made a few trips across the country. with my experiences and all the racism visible on the internet, I have no doubt its more common than ive experienced.

I don't know what skin color your BIL is; however I have stood beside a well dressed woman of color while I look and smell homeless (I work in mud) and received far better treatment :dunno

I work in a in a professional Silicon Valley world where well more than 50% of are people of color. My office is 70% so.

I have not heard much of anything and what I have heard is people of color complaining about other people of color. I don’t think they are racist. Some bigotry at best.

We live in a very accepting area and we are blessed to have that.
Interestingly one of my black friends at Fred’s I asked about a young new to Fred’s black guy who basically ignored me when I said hello. It felt odd so I asked him why is that guy so unfriendly?? He said he does not like white people. OK. Fine. He is not being disrespectful just not friendly.

I have since broken thru that to be socially friendly. I suppose from his experiences in life he just feels like he does. His right of course, but I don’t think it is racist per say, but I suppose one could.

I am really glad I don’t see it except for a rare occasion and it is not all coming from one race. This thread has inspired me to ask a few of my closer friend if they feel it though.

I just find it odd that the people saying it doesn't happen much aren't the people who would be experiencing it.

I was talking with a bunch of moto buddies last February and none of us had heard about any motorcycle crashes for some months. So, motorcycle safety has clearly been solved. Or I live in New England.

I’d seen two of them already, but Yard Sale’s videos are always disappointing. At the same time we don’t know the history of the neighborhoods. I honestly don’t know how LEOs are supposed to police without making contact or taking their experiences on their beat into consideration. It’s a tough situation for everyone.
