2025/2026 NFL Thread

So side note on old man Rivers apparently if he plays he just reset his HOF eligibility so instead of being eligible this year it now gets reset some number of years think its 11 or so but could be wrong
HOF consideration is 5 years after your last game. Also Rivers is on the practice squad so I believe he’s still eligible for the HOF. If he’s moved from practice squad to eligible then his HOF consideration resets.

He's going to play. Probably not this weekend but I'm betting it'll be MNF against SF.

Glad to see Sheudur shutting up his critics.
He is proving that he was definitely better than a round 5 pick, I'd like to see him show up every team that chose to go along with the blackballing.
LOL, too early to say. No one ever really doubted the Physical Skills. It was the personality defect everyone was trying to avoid.

He will need to be able to start until it is contract time before we can see if he is an actual player or just another fucked up egocase being dragged in front of us to torture the media with horrible subhuman quotes about "getting paid what he is worth," until he ends up on another team that can regret it when the Sex Scandal comes out.

It will take time to see if he is Deshaun Watson or Eli Manning.

He never won shit, he doesn't deserve to be in. Eli and Reperberger should both get in with Multiple Superbowls, but Rivers was just another guy that was pretty good on a team that was typically not much of a threat to take it all. Even when he had Ladanian Tomlinson by his side, they couldn't make a Defense that would cover the other side of the game.

Getting on deck with a very dangerous Colts Team gives him a shot. If he can limp his old ass ala worn ass out old Peyton Manning, to even a single SB Ring, give that man a Gold Jacket.

You would think the first thing the NFL does now for rookie orientations would be "STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM MASSEUSES FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY."

Was at a family birthday party, Tampa Bay ahead 28-14 with ~11:00 left in 4th quarter. By the time we got home, 28-26! Tampa moves ball a wee bit but, stopped short and had to punt. Cousins was sacked and fumbled in the process. Looked like game over. Ruling was simultaneous possession, ball goes to Atlanta.

Hawks convert a third and 28 in two plays. Another series of short gains. Run the clock down, spike the ball to stop clock and kick the game winner.

Bucs went from high % chance to make playoffs to 50/50. Like their record. 7-7.

KC has only won 3 SBs since 1989.
Eagles have won 2 since 89.
Giants have won 3

Your spreadsheet need to be checked.
