Mall security can’t access it unless they get a San Jose Police case number. I reported it that day on the SJPD website (where they directed me to after I called on the phone) and got a “temporary tracking number” which would follow with a case number within five business days. A full week later and nothing.ask parking lot for camera footage?
Mall security actually followed up and asked if I had a SJPD case number yet. That was a surprise as to which of the two was actually interested in doing their job.
I mean, kind asking to be "robbed"...A little play on the model of Corvette it is. My old V Rod had a plate that read “HDVROB”
Shocking how stupid salesmen are sometimes. If a couple comes on the lot, that’s the first friggin. Question you ask is who’s the car for. You want to see some smart ones, go to a jewelry store with your wife. Oh they’ll small talk you, but no mistake about it, all the “selling” is done to her. Once they’ve closed her, then she takes over and sells you to pay for it.I told Gordon, the salesman, that he needed to talk to my wife as it would be her car. Idiot kept talking to me. "Gordon - my wife is to my right-we are done talking". In his office he penned his four-square and got pissed when I told him to put it away - he still wasn't addressing my wife.
It really does depend on how many days in inventory and how many more they will get for the year. Even if it’s been on the ground for 5 months, if they won’t get many more, they’ll hold the gross on it and not get desperate till it’s a model year behind.Suggestion: Work up from invoice, not down from MSRP. They'll tell about limited stock, but from what I know; speciality units aren't flying off the shelves in that price range. RobSJ may have more info from his VP.
It's interesting, in 2018 I got my ram for like 33%+ off MSRP for a leftover 2017It really does depend on how many days in inventory and how many more they will get for the year. Not too long ago when we had “supply chain” shortages, even common F-150s were treated like a Raptor. They held gross on everything. It was quality over quantity deals, and I think many dealers made just as much profit from maybe 1/4 the car count.
Damn a 4Xe they are holding the line on? Well I may have an explanation. It's interesting, in 2018 I got my ram for like 33%+ off MSRP for a leftover 2017
Same dealer right now won't budge on a 2023 model that they have like 7 of. Wrangler 4xe, these should be on fire sale since 2024 and 2025 MSRP kept reducing year by year. Not sure why they ain't trying to play ball, those battery packs prolly been sitting with no charge for 2+ years meow.
This was what happened when I try to test drive a brand new 2023 Hyundai plug in, so dead they can't jump it to even move it out
Same. It’s probably the only EV I’d actually like to have other than perhaps the upcoming Scout.I have a "thing" for the new VW bus, For some reason I want one,
Indeed, not cheap, but the fun factor for me is extremely high. It ticks all my boxes.A Golf R is now just under $50K. Man....that's spendy, IMO.
