Installing shake as a full time job in my 20s is what made what I am today!! *

*After slicing off the tip of 2 fingers through my gloves on a bitter winter morning while side trimming a perfection shingle, and pondering my miserable future of doing this repetitive monotonous labor, day in and day out, year after year, on a never ending, never changing, endless parade of new construction developments..... And saying "Eff this, I have to go back to college"
It only took me fumbling through one 10 x 10 square in the NJ August sun to realize shingles were not in my future lol. :thumbup

Working a dead end job during the summer made for a great college motivator for me as well.

Have any more info on that house?

It’s on Hicks Avenue just south of Minnesota. If you’re coming from Minnesota, it’s on the east/left side of the street about 2 to 4 houses from Minnesota. I go past it every time I go to Safeway.

It’s sort of a Mediterranean style home.

Ah, the 'ol summer jobs... roofing shakes and shingles easy peasy, after the third tar and gravel job I quit!!! F That!!!
