Hey Budman, found a house for ya.
The Kip House in Berkeley, designed by Donald Olsen, is for sale at $1.425M. The carport would probably need to be opened up for 2 cars and enclosed for that new AM.
Your house would sell for their asking price I'm sure.

We still have a TON of those homes here in Northern Humboldt.
They were built by the Pierson Company and are called Peirson homes.
Cheaply built and cheaply bought.
I live in one that has been extensively remodeled and added on to. 2650 sq. ft. now,
instead of the 800 sq. ft. that it probably started out at.

I prefer a mid century modern single roof line home with large expanses of glass and walls that open completely to the outdoors.
Lately we’ve been eyeing barndomeniums. It’s all about the interior space.
