I shot a Mosin for the first time recently and it was a little sharp on the recoil for me but I have a good excuse. Right wrist and shoulder have been surgically reconstructed after a bad motorcycle wreck. Lots of clavicle bone missing. I'll have to come up with a way to reduce recoil on the SKS that Mikey was supposed to buy but flailed on. I pick it up on Thursday.
Here are some pics again just to rub it in Mikey and speaking of rubbing it do NOT wank off to pictures of my rifle!

pwnz...and not legal in CA![]()
That would be incorrect. They are legal in CA so long as its not on the named listed (and doesn't have a treaded barrel) and you either build it yourself or someone moves to CA with it and PPT's it. Though, once in the state, the price skyrockets from $400 to $900.

+1. Legal in CA if done right. Ask any person in OR that had MAC parts, and ask them where they went when they sold em.
PS, FWIW, there is a forgrip that is available for a different SMG, that with a simple heli-coil, will fit the Mac-11.![]()
