It just sucks having to explain to people that you weigh food. :|

Now that I'm back to my regular routine the weight came right off again. Used the elliptical regularly all week and was back to my usual three cups of coffee. I've got the Sheetiron on the calendar now so riding that will be my motivation to continue getting fit. Broke 200!!arty
