BARFTRON HOMEBASE

In hardcore, you will get hit markers if they're wearing a ballistic vest. Takes about three maybe four shots to get the kill. But you'll see a symbol of a best under the hit marker. Just like you see a symbol when someone has blast shield.

So the mighty silenced MK14 is a one shot kill in hardcore, making it an all purpose sniper/assault rifle. Once the other team gets vests, it's like going back to core mode. No more one shot snipe. This is why vests are fairly useless in core, but one of the very best killstreaks on hardcore.

Choppers and juggs come every other level after 19. We just decided to abandon the strategy of bringing in the sentry guns from their awesome outdoor killzone. Instead set them up in some lame indoor spot and used a new strategy: Predators and Airstrikes up the wazoo while running and gunning! Nothing like a triple jugg kill.

But at some point it just becomes ridiculous and if anybody has line of sight to you for a fraction of a second, you go down, nevermind the self-revive.

Only when getting whacked every round and buying self-revive for $4000. Spending $2500 to down a chopper is expensive but $2500 for a juggalo triple kill is priceless. It seems you're making about $7000 per round anyway.

norkali, Richorpo700 is driving me nuts. He thinks the way to kill juggs is to fight them head to toe with headshots. He goes down and gets camped by the jugg, I gotta toss a flash in and pick him up. Just about when I revive him is when the flash wears off. FFFUUU!

Me, I run like a bitch and stick C4 on both sides of a doorway and the ceiling, and lay down a Claymore. Toss a couple more C4 him while he's picking himself up.

Corp's right - Pedo's and Air Strikes are nothing compared to Self-Revive every round once you get up there....
 
I'm getting Gears 3 and Battlefield 3 in a few days if anyone's going to be down for some multi.
 
I just can't stand GoW anymore. I had too many friends that would only play if they were host.

But I'm up for some bf3, no one seems to play anymore. Losers.

Miranda is pretty hawt but the done gave her buck teeth in Mass Effect 2. In Mass Effect 3 EVERYBODY has 'Dat Ass and they fixed Miranda's teef.

Kali you are a fucking savage. I just saw that on the leaderboards. Didn't put a lot of time into it. Are the bad guys in the same spots everytime, or does the game mix them up each time like the mission on the plane?

Tried "Black Box" on survival. Good place to Alamo it on the top floor of the rounded front house that's still under construction. Two stairways up there, but they're both on the same end of the room. Sentry gun(s) lay into them and you can get lots of headshots as they come up the stairs. What sucks is that the rounds when the juggalos come, it's not till after a bunch of regular dudes/dogs/chemical assholes have come first. After you kill a bunch, then all of a sudden you hear that the jugs are coming...AND fucking little birds too. So you can't hang out upstairs or the little birds end you before the jugs even come up the stairs. And it's also too late to hide the sentries.

Gotta work on a better strategy to survive the juggalo rounds. All the other rounds are super easy hanging out up in that room.

Please do. I need you to find a spot on the new maps the we can leave sentry guns and do the kite maneuver. No way to do it on "Liberation" since there's hardly any buildings. But the other three new maps have plenty of spots to hide the guns from choppers. Just nowhere near as effective of a death funnel in Seatown under the castle. Or if I try to leave them and kite, they spawn on the damn guns and smash them.
