I woke up this morning and played it for an hour. I've been watching the clock at work all day waiting to get off work.

I can't really say that you're not missing much, I haven't gotten to the DLC that comes with it but the dog is useless and the weapons aren't that great. The art book is kinda cool and the comic is weaksauce because it's just part 1 of 4 of a series.
 
The big reason I would want the DLC is just because you need it to get that one extra playable character for the game.
 
New Survival co-op record on Fallen: level 27, Norkali and Corporal Upham

Choppers and juggs come every other level after 19. We just decided to abandon the strategy of bringing in the sentry guns from their awesome outdoor killzone. Instead set them up in some lame indoor spot and used a new strategy: Predators and Airstrikes up the wazoo while running and gunning! Nothing like a triple jugg kill.

But at some point it just becomes ridiculous and if anybody has line of sight to you for a fraction of a second, you go down, nevermind the self-revive.

Got distracted. Wound up playing a bunch of HCTDM and KC with Angryman and his party.

He was actually pretty good. Only said lag switcher once, and the guy was doing something cheap. We couldn't pick up our vests. And the guy was like 24-2 and I was getting hit markers on the fucker point blank with the MK14. And it wasn't the vest hit marker either. Not sure what hax that is but I no like.

yeah, been finding more and more games where there is something off, with a hack or something. :dunno

prestiging again. :) and keeping the mp7 this time. already got the stinger and pp90. :D
 
If we're talking about Angryman, then it's on X360.

I went and found that game where that guy was hacking. He must've kept raping after our party rage quit. He finished with 50 kills. Fucker has a 1.15 KDR. I'm nothing special, and I'm better than that.

The red flag is that he's a Prestige 12 with only 45 hours of play time. Major red flag for hax. One of the guys I party up with regularly is way better than me (can actually get MOABs), and he's only halfway through Prestige 6 with 85 hours.

So yeah, another cheater found.

Oh. Saw a video on the range proficiency.

It doesn't do much if anything on most of the SMGs. But on the UMP45, it does make a big difference. At long long range...no difference. How the range proficiency works is at the distance where damage per bullet starts to lessen, it keeps the damage still at 100%. And since the UMP has the longest distance before damage drop off, this proficiency is most effective with this particular gun. Point blank, the UMP kills with 3 bullets. At some distance, it's more like 5 bullets. With range proficiency, it goes back to a 3 hit kill. Now don't be trying to snipe all the way across Bakarra with the ACOG with it. But at what you consider the end of how far you'd want to use iron sights...that's where I'm talking about.

TL;dr? Only use range on UMP 45. Don't waste the proficiency on any of the other SMGs.

I'm at prestige 3 too. All done. Some of the perks take frigging forever to make pro. Sitrep pro takes an absurd amount of time. Ain't even worth it. The footsteps really aren't much louder.

You can report a player by selecting their name in the lobby, and it brings up a little menu. You can also find recent players by tabbing over when you pull up the friends list. Whether anything actually happens to someone...I imagine a whole bunch of people have report that player before anything is done.
 
yeah, figure. I usually play my game, go for some challenges, if it looks like we're being raped. :laughing

so I think I'll keep the mp7. working on it now, since I just got to level 76. 4 more before prestige 3. :D

Interesting that this came up. I was playing a few nights ago and hit a guy FOUR times at medium range with the MK14 and he didn't die. I was thinking there's just NO way, wonder if he was hacking now.
