Been a double XP weekend in BF3. I think I've jumped up like 6 ranks. For some reason the M320 LVG is hard as fuck for me to get kills with in Gunmaster. Not even sure what the hell it is.

It's almost like it shoots out hand grenades, they only explode after short duration, not on impact. I find it incredibly hard to ever get a kill with it.

Apparently it's the anti corner cover machine.

Shoot at the corner to get them to go back into a hallway for cover and suppress them, then switch to the 320 LVG, fire at the opening of that hallway and it bounces off the wall and lands at their feet...blammo.

Probably works pretty good on Grand Bazzar where everyone clusterfucks in the middle when the B flag is.

Basically it's a way to throw a grenade a little further than by hand.







And I'm a bit late, but I just unlocked the USAS-12. Oh my. Such a cheap gun. Quickly got the extended mags and now it's super cheap. I can see why some servers will ban you for using it...even after the frag round patch.
 
Have you tried the frag rounds since the nerf? Weak sauce or still OP?
 
Oh it's frag rounds? Well that makes sense why it sometimes takes forever to get past the MK3 shotty.

yeah the Mk3 is frag rounds, kills from a distance work well as long as the enemy is by a wall. Also collecting others kills by firing full auto at whoever they are shooting at. :rofl

I missed the double XP weekend :facepalm

I've seen a couple videos of it. And well one more now. Looks intriguing. Never played arma 2 though.

Seems like you wouldn't last very long if you're running around without a gun. And probably a lot better to be traveling with a pack.

You can survive by crawling around on your belly(quiet, hard to see) when near zombies, and distracting them by various means. It is a great combination of fps, mmporg and horror, even as a jaded gamer I get goosebumps sneaking around and hearing an infected grunt nearby, or even scarier, hearing a fellow player moving about, most other players shoot on sight.
Anyway, I don't play MW or BF anymore, I'm all about DayZ, its that engaging.
Anyone who gets it going, PM me, more allies are always welcome, and we have a private Mumble server (voice comm).
EDIT: Oh by pack you meant group, not back packs, which are important in this game :)
YES you need buddies in this game!
