870 sure no problem. KSG does work when you use it right. But those other two are just garbage.

I'm working on the KSG now. It's not too bad once you figure out how to use it, then I just have the last shotgun before I run around with my diamond 870 :laughing
 
Shotgun + Host Pro + the boat map = vile heinous dumpster rapery
 
Decided to try and get diamond on the launchers. Already have gold RPG and one dragon fire (or VTOL) shot down from gold Stinger. Started fresh on crappy ass SMAW. Glad the camos are for anti air. That SMAW can pretty much kill nobody on the ground unless its hardcore.

Gold SMAW, gold Stinger. Haven't fucked with RPGs yet.

As for shotgun stuff - all I play is hardcore. So it doesn't help quite as much. ROF on a weapon counts for more.
 
RPG isn't that hard. Just run flak jacket and blast people point blank like it's a shotgun or something.

Getting the triple kill for the skulls camo took some doing though.
 
Pssssst....

Foregrip doesn't do shit. It's a placebo. Only a handful of guns it makes a minor improvement. And some guns it makes the recoil worse.

Much better off with quickdraw handle.
 
I run quickdraw handle on most guns but using some subguns without it recently, didn't seem to matter. Though I did have Dexterity perk for inherent quickdraw.
 
For subguns, red dot/laser or red dot/quickdraw are killer combos. A new class I've been having a lot of good luck with recently is this:

Weapon - PDW w/ red dot/quickdraw
Perk 1 - Lightweight/hardline
Perk 2 - scavenger
Perk 3 - Engineer

Add in whatever else you want to finish 10 slots but on just about any map it's pretty boss. Any type of close quarters and you rape. HCKC mainly with this class.

Oh, and for killstreaks - UAV > Lightning > VSAT.

You can pretty much just constantly string VSATs throughout the match with this if you're a runner+gunner.
 
Scavenger is nice but tough to place it over toughness. I lose a lot of gunfights because my aim gets thrown off from the flinch when you get hit.

Of course it doesn't matter in hardcore...whoever gets the shot off first wins. But in core, the toughness is more useful unless you're hip firing up close.

I love the FAL with select fire. Pretty much no recoil and ends any argument in 3 hits or less even with a silencer. Since its so accurate and takes so few bullets to get the job done, scavenger isn't really needed.

So I go with FAL select fire, silencer, and quickdraw. Ghost, toughness, engineer, C4, and black hat. With primary gunfighter of course.

I can go positive KD everytime with that class. Core or hardcore.
 
Heh. My buddy went 86-14 with that class the other night. And had similar scores in successive games which led me to ask WTF he was using to string VSATs like that...which led to that class.

Yup.

Though I did party up with angryman and his guys and got shit on for three games. They wanted to play hardcore capture the flag which I never do. And since all those assholes are in New York...guess who had the shit connection. Every up close fight I lost. Only on Carrier is where I did ok since I was picking off runners from distance.

AN94 with ACOG for the wi.....oh no we still lost.
 
I run UAV and counter UAV in core modes. Call them both at the same time and you double dip and get assist points for both when your team gets a kill.

Hardcore I change out the counter UAV for hunter killer. Thing almost guarantees a kill.

Tac inserts are fun even when you're stomping the other team. I drop it right in front of the spawn trap chokepoint we have on them. Gets me right back to shooting them in the face with the shotgun almost instantly.
