Rainbow Six surprised the shit out of me. I can definitely see it being a lot of fun with a good time, and a nightmare with randoms. The demo was only the same map against bots over and over, but they did stuff I didn't expect. The level seems to be fully destructible - not just the usual breach points. I found you could basically track someone who ran behind a wall and if you dumped bullets into the wall pieces would fall out and you could create like murderholes. So if you know the map and know the rooms and where people are likely to hole up...shoot the other side of the wall enough and tunnel through. Multiple angles of attack...it was fun.
If I'm reading these beta keys correctly, I have about a dozen for the PC and half a dozen that are any platform.
Battleborn seems sorta like Overwatch. A bit more cartoony graphics, but fast paced play style with a variety of ways to attack and defend. It had some cool mechanics where it wasn't just shoot everything in sight, and the demo escort mission actually let you upgrade the guy you were escorting if you killed enough things so it wasn't completely helpless - and there were different options to upgrade, from auto turrets to stronger shields.
The Division though...yeah, THAT one is going to be massive I think. Think of a loot system sort of like WoW or whatever where there's greens blues and purples, except a green might be a handgun and a purple is an M60 with an optic and bipod. Teamwork is essential as are balancing classes - one team with everyone carrying the same load out is a recipe for disaster. Cover and movement under fire and coordination are essential. Also with the loot - you don't just grab it and equip it. You have to get it out of the area and back to your base first. So while you call in your extraction, everyone else in the area can see that you're trying to escape, and can either assist you or gank you and steal your shit - IF they can then successfully extract. It looks like madness. And awesome.
