BARFTRON HOMEBASE

Got to level 33 on Liberation with Rich before he was caught out in the boonies between rounds. Alamo at the coliseum area (columns) is much better than the underground spot where I tried to alamo with Rob.
 
Didn't the little birds get the guns at the columns? Or did you find a spot where they have no angle? It would totally be better than the underground spot since the guns have some distance to do some work.
 
Try your luck on Black Box. The part that is tough is on the Juggy rounds, they don't come in until you've had to deal with some regular guys first. Then after the jugs land, little birds show up too. Tough to deal with choppers when you're already knee deep in foot soldiers, dogs, and juggalos.

Move the guns slightly. They will still get attacking infantry, with the help of your frogs. You turn your back to the fountain and shoot the choppers through the gap. Just a little side step gives you cover when they shoot.

Been there, done that, with Rich and Norkali. With Rich our guns were chopper-gunned in the top floor of the building in construction and I insisted on going into Air Force One for cover. Choppers still found an impossible angle to take out my gun! But they won't hit you and it leaves them out of the equation so you only have to deal with six dogs, four juggs, and a dozen or so infantry. Damn that's hard.

One time playing solo I tossed an air strike at juggalos in the center of the map and it caught two choppers. Oh hell yeah!

Nowhere to put the guns where they'd be effective that wouldn't get shredded by choppers.

You ever tried running with the RPG as your secondary weapon? I know in multiplayer, if you prang a jug in the head with the RPG (or the Javelin), they're done. Curious if it does the same in Survival.
 
Yeah I tried the RPG. It works. But then you gotta hit the box to reload for the next jugg cuz you only get 2 rounds per. And you better have a LMG as your primary. Fact is C4 is the shit. Leading juggs into your lair of sentry guns and GIGN riot shield frogs, then tossing flashes to stop the juggs from shooting, then tossing C4 if they somehow survive, is unstoppable.

Or you can wait five minutes as Richorpo700 does laps, kiting the juggs in front of the guns, with the grenade launcher getting the rare hit.

So can you down the Juggy with one RPG shot or does it take both?
 
Early one shot, later rounds, not sure. Played last night and used the RPG on the choppas, did not get 1 hit kills with it. Lame.

Piazza is hella easy to deal with juggs. Choppas, not so much.

The RPG doesn't take down a little bird in one hit? That's super bullshit. I'm pretty sure they go down in one if you are lucky enough to shoot one of of the sky in multiplayer (they don't get as up close and personal at times like they do in Survival).
 
I'm having all kinds of network trouble lately, losing the connection and everything.

WTF, ping test is twice as slow as ping on speed test? (Ran ping test first.)

Ran speed test a few times. First time download was half this speed.
