BBQ food prOn battle

Soak the chips for at least 30 mins- 225 is good.

Remove the membrane on the back of the ribs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-RL_f8qdJE

Rub the ribs with spicy brown mustard and then McCormick dry rubs that you can get at the store work well, depending on the meat and your taste. http://www.mccormick.com/Grill-Mates/Flavors/Dry-Rubs/Grill-Mates-Cowboy-Rub

Let them sit for 30 minutes (covered)

Wait until the meat starts to fall off the bone 1/4 to 1/2 of bone showing then add some bbq sauce for the last 30 minutes of cooking. Foil wrap the ribs and let then rest for 10-15 minutes- then serve.

So I bought this hunk of meat..... but teh missus wants the pork loin cooked this weekend. My question is, should I throw the brisket in the freezer or just keep it in the fridge? I probably won't get to cooking the brisket til the middle of next week. TIA

Leave it in the fridge, keep it in the wrapper.

I've been working plenty of OT this past week so it's only fair that my BBQ works plenty of OT for me! I did some stuffed jalepenos AKA wolfturds AKA rattlesnake eggs AKA atomic buffalo turds AKA delish :) also did peach filled cupcakes in the smoker because it said I could

I did chicken drumsticks last night in a lime/garlic/cilantro/beer marinade. They came out great according to the folks I shared them with.

Baby backs on Monday... :flag
