Big, Bad Treehouse

The rest of us are all wishing that our dads were like you, Andy.
 
The saga will continue this weekend. I'm heading out today in the late afternoon so wee can make as much progress as possible over the weekend. Most of the awkward work is done, though mounting the 8' vertical posts at each corner will be a bit weird because It's just me, I only have two hands and this thing is way up in the air. :laughing

The next steps for tomorrow are to install some blocking around the perimeter to support the ends of the floor boards, then haul up the flooring, lay it out and nail it down. I'd be stoked to have the floor done by end of day tomorrow.

That treehouse is Gonna be sick. As for Getting up there, how bout a highly thought out pully system to lift a platform....zombies might be able to walk across the ladder thing, just sayin. How bout some photos from inside of that igloo while we are waiting....never seen the inside of one
