Bump if you rode into work today

I'd say the R1 definitely feels more special than the S1KRR. But based on other people's opinions only (haven't ridden one, don't know how I would for a few years until used ones start showing up), the throttle on the R1 is a bit much on the street.

My buddy (where I store the bike) loves himself some Kenny Roberts and is still trying to get a 50th R6, assuming anybody on Craigslist actually tells the truth and replies to his questions on what they're trying to sell.

The S1KRR is comically easy/smooth to ride. And having heated grips and cruise control, and full up/down blipping, exceedingly noob friendly and nice to be on.

Those 50th LE are getting harder to find for sure. The heated grips and cruise control would be soo nice to have, and I love how smooth people say the s1krr is from idle to redline.

Most days, used to do it in any weather (back in Italy I was leaving the bike home only in the snow). Now I got a bit spoilt by the Californian weather and I avoid the rain...:rolleyes

Riding from Berkeley to Livermore, if I can, on Redwood.

I actually look forward my daily commute!

Well, when in Rome:laughing

Redwood is your commute! Color me green:twofinger

That's pretty sweet. You must be a BSD:thumbup:laughing Does it have your name on it or do you have a permit decal?

Love me some Yamaha triple, looks good in matte as well:teeth:ride

Lol I've been too lazy to put it on so it's sitting on my desk. Want to clean my plate before I put it on :) Thanks for the reminder though!

I was the same way with my car until an off duty leo told me he could give me a ticket then or I could put the tags on right then.

Spit and my t-shirt worked just fine to clean it:laughing:rofl

Another everyday rider to SF. Another CP3 triple as well :p
Pictured is everything except the rider. VIP parking right by the stairwell!

About to leave work on the bike, and then spend most of the weekend (including my birthday) in the saddle as well. :ride :thumbup

I love the yellow FZ-09s. Nice Akrapovic on there, too. :teeth

Oh yeah, I rode in today to work (as I do every other day)!

Same here.
....and I park in the same spot every day. If I posted a new picture of my bike each day the BARF repost nazis would get me.
(I'll try to post another pick when I bring a different bike in....lately it's been the sevenfiddy dinosaur)

I started parking in a different spot, hope that's enough to keep the repost police away :laughing I do resize the images to 600x800 and link externally so they can't be hogging that much bandwidth :twofinger:teeth
