Originally, they use to be rectangular cube shaped, I use to bounce off the walls consuming all that sugar. Now they're in tape dispensers ... Of course the tape gum will not be consumed moderately!

I prefer to dismember it gently using only the thumb and forefinger of both hands. Once a reasonable length is uncoiled I tear it free and pop it into my mouth. I then lick just the tips of my fingers, wipe my mouth and fingers with a napkin and start the process again. Takes about 30 minutes to get through one so usually wind up throwing half away

Stan's donuts has a twisted donut that is actually a giant twisty cinnamon roll center. Accidentally learned of it this past weekend. It was quite wort the consequences. Sadly I was out of coffee so I'll have to try again eventually

I know of a donut twist at my local donut shop that has cinnamon in the insides. I'll have to wait til this weekend though to get one in the morning for breakfast.

In the meantime, I'll settle for cinnamon toast crunch cereal mixed with my cheerios drowned with milk in the mornin.
