Die Apple Die

So you lost the part they provided you that would solve your issue with the phone and it's the phone manufacturer's fault? Got it...

Well Apple did create the need to use an extra cable for no practical reason, and then expects you to carry that with you.

I'd say it's the phone manufacturers fault...

there is no disputing your cleverness. but equally indisputable is the fact that i didn't start a thread with the sole purpose of bitching about it. so therefore, i respectfully reject your premise.

I'd prefer you just tormented him with more yammering :)

More than likely you have something in Restrictions which prevents pairing. Every "wtf is wrong with this phone" moment I've had was down to something in Restrictions.

Just disable restrictions and try it. (settings, general, restrictions).

I heard the new iPhones are waterproof now, so you can't drop it in the toilet and tell your company that it slipped out of your pocket in the bathroom anymore. :twofinger

Apple has gone back to it's old habit of forcing their users to buy proprietary shit. It's going to be the death of them, greedy assholes!

Any company that tries to patent rectangular devices with round corners should get a kick in the balls.

The patent office deserve a kick too for even considering a patent on rounded corners.

My kid bought the latest icrapple. Between a battery with a one minute halflife and this or that being a pain, no jack and connectivity issues It somehow fell off the counter, got smashed and replaced with a droid.

Still waiting for an iPhone to be capable of recording videos in stereo. You know, something other phones have been able to do for many years now.

They can. With one of these...

I didnt realize you were referring to the op, which i guess I could see. But your extreme apple leanings make me believe if this was an android die thread you wouldnt take issue with it. In a sense though I agree, just dont use the product you dont like. Seems like the op was forced though.

Pretty much this. I have an iPhone 6 as my personal phone. I don't really have anything against apple products other than the ridiculousness. But I specifically chose the Samsung for this exact reason. They ordered me the wrong phone and now I am dealing with the exact issue that I feared. It's kind of like buying a Yamaha, but the dealer gives you a Suzuki :twofinger

Kidding aside, for audio recording, that's a decent solution, as opposed to buying a dedicated recorder with the same quality mics.
