DIRTY BARF Trip; Stony? Dec 6th-8th?

I ordered the intake O ring from two different places hoping it would show today. No such luck. I still haven't started the new to me XR400, and I have several more hours worth of work to do on it. I still haven't hooked up my new little trailer for a test tow. If I can't source an intake gasket from someone in the valley, that's sort of on the way to stony, Im pickled. The UPS driver's haven't been showing up till late, and I'm not driving up at night in the crap car... I'll start calling Honda shops in the morning, still a couple shops I haven't tried.

Since it's raining, (snowing,) Barfers are dropping like flies and there won't be any dust for childrens to disturb, is there room for us in camp?

I'll probably be there between about 1:00 and 2:00.

OFG has kindly offered me a spot in his camper, and I wimped out and accepted. That said, I'm getting close to being ready to go. I have so much wood for this trip (as evidenced by the pic below):

I just need to wait for the beef jerkey to finish up in the smoker. Here's a look at it before it went in:

Well, my O ring came in the mail just now. But I think I gave up this time. Still having issues with my feet, which I was trying hard to ignore. Going to call my podiatrist and see if I should be concerned or if they are just taking a long time to heal. I'm really bummed, I wanted to meet folks and going riding. Next time..
