Is Pleasanton Ridge singletrack legal?

I rode the ridge years ago and remember it being a long climb to the ridge with a bunch of short steepies on the ridgeline. Didn't touch any singletrack.
Is it legal? If not, how is it with the HOHAS (hateful old hikers and horses)?
 
Hey Gregory, are you up for the CCCX race at Fort Ord this Sunday? Ryan is a maybe - I think Sonny, Roxy, Lisa, and I are all in at this point.
 
I'm out, Tracy's birthday weekend means I get to rest :banana

I'm freaking wiped out from running, swimming and riding.
 
Anyone want to ride JMP or Redwood this afternoon? I'm thinking to start around 3-4.

It will be my first ride back after a wicked cold, so i'll be riding a pretty leisurely pace.
 
First XC ride on the Turner!

I did a modified loop around Chabot ~ 18miles.

That loop felt extremely easy compared to rides on the Jekyll -- I think I could have done another loop:)...really.

The bike did it all, especially the climbs, I felt like I was on a hardtail :wtf with all that travel, I'm impressed:applause

We're headed to Tahoe on Saturday morning...

I think we're gonna be exhausted by race day -- no biggy, I wasn't set on setting a PR, just riding and having fun, in a race setting:)

I'll be there, but I might be lagging a few minutes, maybe 2:10 or so... Are you guys meeting at Skyline Gate, or the Sequoia Arena parking lot?
