Filipinos . . .

I have wondered if every woman in the Philippines goes to nursing school.
Every hospital I have ever been to(and I go to hospitals all over the country) has had Philippino nurses working there.

If you think the accent is unsexy, try taking patient reports from her. Ps and Fs and correct pronunciation are pretty important in health care.

Also a lot of the security check people at the airport. Are they the bloodhounds of the Pan Asian race ? Or is it because everyone is MY COUSIN and they all get family members job referrals ? I am just pointing out something I always see when in security checkpoints at most major airports.

I had to stay in the hospital for 5 days once. They're loud as fuck too at the nursing station. Couldn't get any sleep until I dragged my ass out of bed (cathether, IV and all) to the door and slam it shut. That worked for about 30 minutes and then they started up again. I made my complaints very clear when I checked out and they give you one of those hospital stay evaluation forms.

"Was the hospital atmosphere conducive to your recuperation?"

I never could figure that out either, but SFO/OAK/SJC are mostly staffed by Filipinos. I like to think it's because my peeps are good at spotting weapons. :laughing

As far as the arm thing, growing up in the Philippines, I saw that quite often. It's more of a buddy thing. Guys would walk side by side while one guy has his arm slung over the shoulder of the other guy.

He's absolutely right by the way. Born and raised there for the earlier part of my life, and he's absolutely right. Not something we Filipinos are proud of, but yes... our homosexuals makes Elton John look straight as an arrow.
