Almost every river in Metro Manila is full of shit, especially the Pasig River. They always talk about cleanup, but it never happens.

Ive never been there but my dad told me story's about walking to town from Subic Bay Naval Base and the locals diving into the shit river to retrieve peso's that he threw in.

The folks don't care that you've been to Subic Bay? Or is it that they don't care if you're straight? Or that you've only been straight for 6 months? Very not clear...
