That and spam...I wretch inwardly at the slightest scent of spam. Have to leave the house for a few hours when the wife makes spamalog.:green

The only things I refuse to eat regardless of how it's prepared are olives, bell peppers, and raisins. I'll pretty much eat everything else, even fruits and veggies that I dislike, as long as it's prepared well.

Never really a fan of raisins, even when I was a little kid.
Until the Sunday morning my Dad made Oatmeal for breakfast. He put raisins in it. They looked different... couldn't figure out why (I was maybe 5). I didn't want to eat the raisins, but Dad said I had to.
Took one bite, and fell in love.
They tasted amazing!
Turns out he'd put a couple of cups in a big bowl, and poured boiling water over them, and let them soak, and plump up.
Couldn't believe what a difference it made!! :)

I still am mystified that people can actually eat Velveeta or Cheez Whiz. To me, these were the original Frankenfoods, along with tha aforementioned Miracle Whip.

I use Velveeta to make "trailer trash dip". 2-3 cans of chili con carne (Dennisons), and a big ol' brick of Velveeta, broken into cubes. Throw it all in a bowl, and microwave that shit! Stir it up, and serve hot with corn chip scoops. People mow through it at parties! :thumbup

Hated mushrooms since I was a little kid. Still do. Mom made me eat them when I was little, told me I could pick them out when I was grown up and had my own house.
So I don't eat the nasty things! :)

Not a real fan of seafood, although if you batter some iclandic cod and deep fry it, I'm all over it.

And I hate eggplant. :|

used to hate spaghetti sauce. couldn't see what was in it. the fam would go to dinner at Little Tonys in North Hollywood, and I had to have my spaghetti with butter and salt, nothing else.
Now, I do things to marinara that would make the Virgin Mary weep with wonder., with common ingerdiants found at any grocery store.

Got a good deal on Kraft mac & cheese a week ago, too. tossed the noodles into the crapcan, and sprinkled the cheesepowder on my potato surprise. Lit it right up.

a nation that can maintain it's motor facilities on salty snacks and cola beverages can not be defeated.:party
