Self care is one of the first things to go when someone is overpowered by addiction. I would call his MMA training self care and as a result expect it to be in a growing pile of personal neglect, somewhere near the stack of unopened mail.

Yeah, seems like he is dunzo. All kinds of personality problems at work and now publicly shown as a drunk. His public career seems to be over.

Reckon he will have to reconcile with the public after a year or so of rehab and then try to work as a motivational speaker or some shit.

As someone working in the addiction field, the public display of his downfall is particularly hard to watch. He is in pretty deep. I hope he finds the path to recovery soon.

I recall that Channel 2 had several om-air personalities who had similar issues.
