Now that's alright....

I love the look of that bike but it starts at $15,000

Have you priced a Multistrada lately. This could be my next bike will wait to see some reports. Big mufflers have to go.

What’s the likelihood of it being under 500 lbs
I bought a new KTM 1090 Adventure R for under $15,000 out the door and it weighs less than 500 pounds (until you fill it with gas). The FTR1200 is a cool looking bike, but the KTM takes me where I want to go and pushes all the right buttons for me.

The 15k price is high, especially if it doesn't compete with the electronics available on bikes at the same price point, or blow them away with the power/weight. I suppose high end binders and some fancy Pogo sticks could push it up that way too.

I don't think this bike is intended to compete with a Tuono or SuperDuke. Indian doesn't have an engine in that category. Even if the FTR1200 won't compete on the spec sheet, it could be a really fun bike to ride.

And that will decide if I buy one. Will it be a fun bike to ride.

Wow what a huge let down...guess I'll stick to my XB12SS which is as close as I can get to this...

Now I think Yamaha needs to step up with a FTR7 based from their FZ7...it already does well in AFT...

But I want it small...750....and less than $10k...

Seats too big, tank too small ,bars too high. Whole thing seems a tad out of proportion.Pipes I don’t care because they normally get replaced.
Hopefully looks better in person.:thumbup
