Granted you would have to get an invite from Ms. Melissa, I can however supply the Hotel window overlooking exotic locations.

I'm still convinced that you're a spy :x
Melissa just hasn't admitted it yet :laughing

I don't want to see Kate Middleton's boobs. Especially considering the image is from some person with some whack telephoto lens taking voyeuristic photos of a young married couple on their private property.

I always wondered how it was against the law to do that, but it was totally just paparazzi when it's someone in a newspaper.
While your statement is pretty unclear. Let me try to help you out with this dichotomy. Having filmed and taken pictures of famous and not so famous people, I actually have some personal experience with this subject.

Every person has the right to a "reasonable expectation of privacy". If you are in a public place, the expectation is pretty low. If you are in your own home with the drapes drawn that expectation is very high.

If you are a public figure, whether by choice or not, your reasonable expectation of privacy goes down considerable. The more important that you are to the general public, the lower the expectation. While I agree with the royals that this photo falls into to the reasonable expectation of privacy, some attorney could make the opposite case, considering her fame.
