McCain and the Economy

please stop cutting and pasting articles that can be found elsewhere.

My point is not that I dislike McCain. My purpose to inform.

i dont like mccain either. hell i dont really like anyone who is running right now and just think its time to fold the cards and start new.

but by starting so many threads against one person, that statement becomes b.s.

you are not just trying to be informative. if you were you would be posting the bad things said about clinton and obama. instead you are informing everyone of your opinion. there is just as much smear stuff out about the other candidates, yet you havent posted one smear thread about either.

there is a difference between the two and when you are not so passionate about a subject, im sure you understand and would probably say the same thing as everyone else has.

please stop littering the sink with political smear crap or at least try and be somewhat biased about it if that is what you are intending to do.

My purpose to inform. Just because you don't like what it says doesn't mean it isn't informative.

Nice leap of logic. :laughing

I haven't read a single word of your spam and therefore neither like nor dislike the content. I simply find your political spam posting to be annoying as it takes up valuable landscape space on the front page.

Hint: just because there is a "New Thread" button doesn't mean you have to use it every time you hit ctrl-c. :rolleyes

Yeah, this is basically spam. Why don't you try adding your own thoughts about the subject of the post instead of just doing a cut and paste from whatever website you got it from?

Or do you have any of your own thoughts?:twofinger

Wait......so McCain opposed letting state and local governments put taxes on internet access???:wtf

And exactly what is the problem with that?:confused

I don't watch Fox news son. I probably listen to more liberal media for that matter. Keep your friends close but keep your enemies closer.:thumbup

I said cable news, not Fox News.

Fox News, MSNBC, CNN, etc. are all the same IMO :thumbdown

gogo, please quite spamming. We suspended T1 for the same thing...just put it all into one thread like you'll see me do in a second, please.

Agreed, that sounds pretty good to me.
The idea of the article here is obviously that McCain is for sale. Oh nooooooooooooes

Hmm, it could be construed that way. But I believe he would have voted against it anyway. But anyway, a politician took a contribution from someone who wanted legislation to go a certain way????

so you and Climber are bunkmates, eh? :laughing
Funny how some people draw erroneous conclusions from observations in the KS.

I don't consider anybody an 'enemy' on here, and most of the people who I spar with on here I actually appreciate because it isn't your friends who make you stronger, it's your adversaries.

We have a pretty good cross-section of knowledgeable people on here and some aren't afraid to call you if you get lax in your statements and others aren't afraid to express opposing opinions on subjects. In the end, each of us who put out our ideas and defend them if necessary are stronger for the opposition. Those who are afraid to put out their opinions and defend them remain weak.

As such I appreciate people like Plumber who participate in this process.

Brett is telling the truth. We don't agree on much in politics from time to time but can have fine discussions and be friends despite that. And Brett is more open minded than most think.

Not suprising, but definately illegal.

Do you espouse or embrace this behavior from our public servants?
