McRib

I liked the McRib as a kid but the last time a tried it, probably twenty years ago, it had zero appeal. ZERO :thumbdown

Ya'all need to step away from the mass chain fast food for a year or three & detox off of that shit. You will then find they ALL SUCK equally. There are plenty of local burger shacks & taquerias that make much higher quality products for a little bit more. & the profits stay & are spent local.:thumbup

Taco Smell when you live in California? Ridiculous! :thumbdown

In & Out can suck a dick! :thumbdown Their fries are the worst :thumbdown & their tiny proselytizing can also suck a dick. :thumbdown

Cereal, give it up for a few years & when you go back you'll never want it again. You'll probably lose a few pounds & your SO's will thank you for it

:laughing

If you invest an hour into cooking your fries, they most certainly better be superior!

Kind of like babying and ensuring a proper maintenance/care for an already produced product :laughing

In n Out is ok, but was never a favorite. I do enjoy it, but it's just ok. The fries when not 'animal style' are pretty bad.

For sure, but I don't spend an hour on a whim to make fries. I buy Yukon Gold potatoes if possible, slice them with my french fry slicer, boil them for 10 min vinegar water, and then double fry. I do like 5 -6 potatoes and freeze them after the first fry for home made instant fries.

Where is there even a Fuddruckers anymore?

My brother who lives in Canada visited Las Vegas and tried In N Out for the first time. He said he was disappointed.

Tell him to go try Five Guys or Smash Burger or something and see if he likes it better (while paying twice the price)

In the potato world, five guys fries are pro wrestlers and in & out fries are homeless meth users.

I'm not a complete monster; I agree with the earlier comment that drowning them animal style certainly makes them edible.

I'm not saving half the money for a product that just isn't "ok" or "mediocre" but "actively bad". :)

Didn't say you should. The whole thread started about a 'limited time' sandwich that some like and some don't.

Just don't understand comparing food that aren't in the same price range.

Well, I'll counter the In-N-Out haters and just say that I love In-N-Out. It's not the best burger ever, but it's pretty damn good for fast food. It's consistent, always hot and fresh, the service is good. They only messed my order up once out of at least 500 visits, and that's probably because the girl taking my order was chatty and curious about my "low carb" day (2 3x2 protein style burgers, no fries, cup of water. She forgot to make it protein style).

And I like the fries, especially when on the soggy side.

You In-N-Out haters can go eat some Burger King or Jack In the Box. :)

I had In-An-Out two days ago for first time in years. It was okay fries and all.
They messed up my order though by not following instructions to not put sauce on my burger so needed that fixed.

People like Five Guys fries but that grease soaked bag look ain’t all that appealing.
