McRib

5 seconds on Google says $10 for the double $7 for the single

Smash Jack is on my radar, but JitB is VERY low on our list of haunts, so unlikely soon.

Save for the Oero milkshake. Best in the business. Those are really good.

The combo meal is probably $10-11 I guess.

Call me bougie, but I honestly don’t pay that much attention to what single items cost. I hear some kind of number for everything that doesn’t sound outrageous, stab my Amex, and go.

I did manage to go almost $30 for just myself at Wendy’s the other day. The orange creamsicle Frosty is there so I had to get a large along with the rest of lunch. Seems like Wendy’s and Carl’s Jr are the most expensive of the fast food joints from my experience. And my experience is pretty vast since I got fast food for lunch usually four times a week.

Eating a Mick D sausage egg mcmuff-dive as I type this :love

PS - Mick D coffee > Starcrotch

Back for round 37!

Had me a perfect McRib at McDs last Sunday. Even the fries were hot.

And, being Black Friday and all for those looking for something for that special someone who has everything...

Being that the McRib is just ground, restructured pork shoulder, emulsified with water, spices, dextrose, and preservatives, it's a bit of a disappointment compared to a real rib sandwich from an independent shop. But if someone is on a highway in the middle of nowhere where choices are limited, it's something I guess.

Had two today for lunch. Aaaaand we’re off to the races! Gotta eat as many as I can before it goes away again.

I was gonna buy that half gallon jug of sauce. But apparently it sold out in 15 minutes.

Just realized that McDonald's is very much like church to me.

A few bad experiences way back when caused me to go into avoidance mode. And every time the notion occurs to me to take a visit and see what the attraction is for people . . . something happens that puts me off before I get to the front door.

This time it was " ground, restructured pork shoulder emulsified with water, spices, dextrose and preservatives ".

Almost like noticing the local sky pilot is preaching politics again. Offputting.

Yes, but the McRib is the "sum of its parts", not any individual, awful, terrible tidbit or remnant.

Some people will put anything in their mouth that will fit.
