Metcalf Trail Conditions Thread

Trail Report 7/8/2013

We are open until 8PM. All tracks and tails are open. The Motocross Track needs water as usual (I know broken record). Saturday July 20th G.O.T. will have an open practice on the Motocross Track. That day red stickers can ride the Motocross Track ONLY. Please do not ride out on to the trail system.
 
Monday 7/11/2013, all trails and tracks are open.
It looks like a good day to ride, cool and fogey.
The MX Track was ripped on Wednesday and is in the needs watering.
Watering is done by the riders.
We are opened from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm.
Metcalf is open Thursday thru Monday and closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Red sticker OHV’s can not ride until October 1. Unless there is a special event put on by a promoter, than red stickers can ride.
Brian Garrahan will have a special event, MX practice on the MX Track Saturday, July 20th August 3rd, September 21st and training October 6th... MX Track will be prep, watered and ready to moto for all red/green stickers. Hope to see all of you enjoying the MX Track. The Ghost riders motorcycle club has a tentative date of August 24 for a fundraiser/poker ride.

MX Track will be closed on Thursday July 18 and Friday July 19 prep for open MX practice. We are doing a ton of work on the MX Track, putting in soil amendments into the corners, widening the track and rebuilding the jumps. This Saturday the MX Track will be best conditions in many years. Come out and ride Saturday and let us know what you think of the MX Track. We will post some photos of the track this afternoon.

Lost and found?

I lost a black plastic skid KTM skid plate last sunday. I checked the MX track so maybe i lest it on a trail.

By a chance did it get turned in?

The Ghost Riders MC will be having a poker run on Saturday August 24th, check in is at 8am. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Park.
