More Time To Get Fit - 2025

okay had pt. can do a 90/10ish split. still on crutches. he’s hoping i’m at 100% weight bearing in the left side in about a week or so. was impressed at the range of motion i had.

Tweaked something in my back this weekend think it was while I was assembling some storage for the workshop but didn't feel it happen just felt it when I came back to the house and was sitting for a bit then when I got up was like dammit back is tweaking. going to hit some ibuprofens and hope I get better by Wednesday when I have a planned golf day.
Not an anterior pelvic tilt thing? The APT thing gets me if I don't stretch...

welp, switched the apple watch from wheelchair to walking again. going about my day yesterday i moved slightly under one mile. today, 1.5 miles. my arms still bear weight so they’re tired. walking feels really fucking weird in the boot. i honestly hate it.

i’m pretty sure im gonna be able to crush some pushups proper pushups when i have the foot and leg strength to get in the proper position.

i did not get to squeeze @Mike95060 ‘s charmin but i did watch part of bay to breakers.

and look at me go today! still using some crutches but i am moving. this is all a block here, a few blocks there. glacially slow but im plodding. IMG_7786.png

Been working on my diet this week and so far 6 pounds lost but this is part of the easy 10 at the start of a diet and the real grind I think will start next week once I hit the 10 pound mark. Focusing on portion control for the diet and so far it works now to just stay committed. Been hitting the gym and doing the same old treadmill but am incorporating some stretches to help relieve some tightness I feel in certain parts of my body. Things are looking up and feeling a little better about it all now if I can just get rid of the soreness I would be solid.

The coach put me on this 12min routine every day to help with hip tightness and low-back strength. My left low-back was taking a beating, and we think we've figured out that I'm under-activating my right glute and low-back. The routine is a lot easier if you use all the right muscles.

I predict early deaths for the athletes who compete in these events.
Yes, you can win a big payday, but you're giving up a decade or more of your life to do so.

Updated the gym set-up in the garage with a better cage & bench and a TV over the past few months. Cardio is downstairs in a spare room. Still working on additional insulation and heating/cooling options to reduce my whining/avoidance LOL Super happy with the stall mats to protect the floors cheaply.

Horse stall mats are awesome, they make a great bed mat for trucks too.

Nice setup Bxwrthy! The arms are great on the rack.

Man, it's REAL? I remember we talked about an "unlimited" class and people cried about the parody idea. But, now it's real? Why not...allow biologics too at this point, or expand the para games to include biologics. They're kinda there already.

At some point we just need to get rid of all the crap in totes, take down the shelves, and expand with more heavy stuff that will suck to move.
